We designed The Silent World as our tribute to Jacques Cousteau. From our notes on episode 32 of his documentary series The Undersea Adventures of Jacques Cousteau: The Cousteau team travel deep into the waters of the Yucatan to find and study the open sharks that reportedly sleep in caves. Along the way they encounter 3,000 pound manta rays, attempt to help an injured grouper, and swim with an elderly (and endangered) sea turtle.
This rug is from our Silent World rug collection. You can read about the inspiration behind these rugs, or view the lookbook here. The lookbook images shown here are from a mini diorama and so do not accurately reflect the thickness or dimensions of the rug and are for stylistic purposes only.

A note on color: the lookbook images may have been brightened and lightened and may not accurately reflect the true colors in the rug. In some cases lookbook photos are from a different factory or dye bath. Please always refer to the photos on white ground for the closest possible color match.
