Our Deadstock rugs are produced exclusively using leftover yarn from our production orders as well as the orders of all the other designers our factory works with. Sometimes there is a lot of yarn, sometimes only a pound. We try to use up as much as we can - sometimes to a tenth of a kg - for as many rugs as we can, often embracing colors and yarns not ordinarily found in our collections. They are limited edition and explore reimagined color ways of some of our favorite styles.

Walkabout: Yes, Walkabout begins with a terrifying picnic, which originally inspired this design a long time ago. But once we designed it, we couldn’t help being reminded of a certain fast food restaurant we’ve loved, helplessly, since we were children. It took us years to realize that rather than being a drawback, this was perhaps a selling point.
